   WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING MY MASSAGE?
    Just lie there and relax! You're only job is to make yourself comfortable and have a wonderful experience! You can close your eyes and drift off, or even talk, whatever makes you relaxed.

Due to any injuries you may have, during your massage you can notify your therapist of any pain or discomfort you have and your therapist will alter the pressure of your position, to maximize your comfort.
 
   AFTER EFFECT OF MASSAGE THERAPY
    Massages are wonderful, as are their after effects. Usually, most people feel relaxed and a general calming sensation. Some people feel as if a weight has been lifted off their shoulders that had been sitting there. Aches and pains are usually released and a burst of energy may take their place.

   For some people, these results happen immediately after their massage. For others, it is within a few days. One way or the other, REFULTS WILL HAPPEN!
 
   WHAT ARE SOME TYPES OF MASSAGE?

   Here at Ultimate Health and Fitness, we offer many different types of massages including:

    All these massages will benefit you in their own way. However there are many special techniques to relieve painful trigger points, realign and heal injured tissue, aid lymph drainage, or restore the natural balance and flow of energy throughout the body.
 
   HOW DOES A MASSAGE FEEL?

   VERY RELAXING! Massages are a wonderful, calming experience. So if you are having a stressful day at work, or with the family, or even if you just feel like having a complete relaxation, a massage is the perfect solution! And contrary to the common word, a massage does not tickle at all. Out massage therapists will use a gentle, but firm pressure on you in order to gain that relaxing feeling.

   Remember, massages are also available for injury as well, and they are very benificial. Before your massage the therapist will discuss with you any injuries or pain you may experience, and will help minimize the pain in your body. Always inform your therapist of any pain or discomfort you may experience during the massage, so your therapist can adjust specifically to your comfort zone!

 
   WHAT HAPPENS DURING EACH MASSAGE?

   During all session, the entire body is massages, focusing on mainly the neck, back and legs, or any special areas of concern.

   The 1/2 hour massage allows us to spend a good amount of time on each area of the body, with enough time for you to relax.

   The 1 hour massage, which are most common, give us time to deeply relax, and work on each are with plenty of time.
The 1 1/2 hour massage will allow us time to massage each and every major muscle group deeply, and to focus on any specific area of need!

 
   WHAT IS MASSAGE AND HOW WILL IT BENIFIT ME?

   Massage not only helps to promote relaxation and stress relief, but it also has a multitude of other wonderful effect on the body. Massage increases the circulation of blood and lymphatic flow, therefore aiding in the removal of waste products from the body. It also stimulates the nervous system to help decrease pain, muscle spasm and muscle tension in the body. It improved the body's posture, along with excercise; by relaxing and stretching tight muscles that are affecting the way a person walks or stands. These are just a few of the reason why everyone can benefit from Massage Therapy!

 
   WHO ARE OUT THEAPISTS?

   Julie Inman has been in the fitness industry for over 28 years. She began teaching at the ago of 16, and over the years has spread her teachings though group fitness, yoga and personal training. She has been a certified massage therapist for over 14 years.
