Mudra
Mudra means seal or gesture and is usually an arrangement of the hands.
Anjali Mudra is the most common mudra used in class. It is performed by placing
the hands in a prayer-like position in front of the heart.
Another often used is Jnana Mudra. It is performed by placing the tip of the index
and the tip of the thumb together to form a circle. Then gently press the rest of the
fingers away from the palm.
